We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, mobile number, email address, city, state, preferred study location, course interest, qualification, marks or rank, budget, admission year and the message or questions you send us.
When you submit a counselling request, we also record your contact and college-sharing consent choices. If mobile verification is used, we record that verification occurred; we do not store the one-time password as part of your enquiry.

- Chat responses and notes needed to understand and follow up on your admission request.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide college and course counselling, understand your admission preferences, verify contact details, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and improve our website and support process.
We may contact you by telephone, email or WhatsApp when you have asked for counselling or agreed to be contacted. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us.
3. When information may be shared
Your permission to be contacted by Admission Core is not automatic permission to share your personal information with a college. We share enquiry details with a college, institution or relevant admission partner only when you have selected the college-sharing consent option or specifically ask us to make that introduction.
We may use limited service providers for website hosting, security, analytics, communication and WhatsApp support. They may process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal information.
4. Analytics, cookies and external services
The website may use necessary session or security cookies and configured analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. These services may receive device, browser, page-view and interaction information under their own privacy terms. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although some website functions may then work differently.
Links or actions involving WhatsApp, colleges, universities, counselling authorities or other external websites take you to services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
5. Google Search Console data
Authorized Admission Core administrators may connect a Google account that has access to Admission Core's verified Search Console property. We request account identity and Search Console access only to identify the connected administrator, list accessible properties, retrieve AdmissionCore.com search-performance data such as queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, and manage the website's sitemap submission.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Search-performance records are stored in Admission Core's private admin database for SEO reporting and review. This data is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not exposed on public student pages and is not shared with colleges. An authorized administrator can disconnect the integration to stop future collection.
6. Retention and security
We retain enquiry and counselling information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Retention may vary according to the type and status of the enquiry.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted admin access and protected systems. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to explain, correct or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for future counselling communications or college sharing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where law or legitimate record-keeping requires it.

8. Students under 18
Students under 18 should use Admission Core with a parent or lawful guardian. A parent or guardian should review the information being submitted and consent to any requested contact or sharing. A parent or guardian may contact us to review or request removal of a minor’s information.
