1. What Admission Core provides
Admission Core provides educational information, college comparison and admission counselling support. We are not a university, college, examination body, regulator or government counselling authority unless a page expressly states otherwise.
Our guidance is intended to help you make a better-informed decision. It does not constitute an admission offer, seat allotment, scholarship approval, education loan approval, visa advice or guarantee of any academic or placement outcome.
2. Information can change
Fees, courses, eligibility, entrance requirements, cut-offs, seats, admission routes, counselling dates, hostel availability and placement information may change. Always verify important facts in the latest official notice or directly with the responsible college, university, examination body or counselling authority before applying or paying.
We aim to present information carefully but cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current or error-free at all times. Approximate, historical or unverified information will not replace an official document.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, academic and preference information when requesting counselling.
- Confirm eligibility, deadlines, documents, fees and payment instructions through official sources.
- Do not submit another person’s personal information without appropriate permission.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit harmful code or use automated extraction in a way that disrupts the service.
4. Communication and consent
When you submit an enquiry and consent to contact, you authorize Admission Core to respond using the contact methods you provide. WhatsApp messages, calls or emails may be handled through communication service providers.
Sharing your details with a college requires the separate college-sharing consent shown in the enquiry flow or a specific request from you. You may withdraw communication or sharing permission by contacting us, although this does not invalidate processing already completed lawfully.
5. Payments and third parties
Never send college fees to an unofficial person or account. College application, tuition, hostel, examination and counselling-authority payments are governed by the relevant institution’s own terms. Admission Core is not responsible for a third party’s services, decisions, payment systems or website content.
If Admission Core introduces a paid service, its price and specific terms must be disclosed before you purchase it. A general counselling enquiry does not authorize a charge.
6. Intellectual property
The Admission Core name, website design, original text, graphics, databases and software are owned by or licensed to Admission Core. You may use the website for personal admission research, but you may not republish, sell, copy at scale or create a competing database from our content without written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Admission Core is not liable for an institution’s admission decision, changed official information, missed deadline, third-party conduct, indirect loss or a decision made without verifying official sources.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may stop using it and ask us to close your active counselling request.
8. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may update the service or these terms, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse prevention. Updated terms apply from the date shown on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court or forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
